Program Summary:
Browns Plantations is inviting applications for the Creeper Batch 2026 – a programme designed to empower the next generation of plantation leaders with end-to-end exposure in plantation operations.
What You'll Do:
- Estate Operations & Field Management.
- Agronomy & Crop Management.
- Labour Administration & Industrial Relations.
- Estate Accounting & Financial Controls.
- Tea Factory Operations & Manufacturing.
- Engineering & Infrastructure Management.
- Occupational Health, Safety & Welfare.
- Digital Systems & Plantation Technology.
- Leadership, Communication & Professional Development.
Your Profile:
- Degree Holder preferred, or
- A/L Pass with NIPM Plantations Management Course (Advantage).
- Strong Leadership Potential.
- Excellent Command of English.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and effective team coordination skills.
- Ability to Communicate in Sinhala & Tamil is an advantage.
