We are looking for a talented Creative Designer to bring concepts to life. You will be responsible for the visual identity of our projects, from initial sketch to final product. We need a conceptual thinker who can create compelling visuals that communicate ideas, inspire audiences, and meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design direction for marketing campaigns, branding projects, and digital experiences.
• Develop creative concepts and execute them across multiple touchpoints.
• Present design ideas to internal teams and clients, articulating the rationale behind creative choices.
• Mentor junior designers and interns, providing guidance and feedback.
• Manage the quality of final output, ensuring high-resolution, print-ready, and web-optimized files.
• Collaborate with copywriters to ensure a unified brand message.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional design experience.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including branding, print, and digital.
• Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Experience with UI/UX principles and web design is a bonus.
