Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our esteemed client, is seeking a Creative Arts / Pre-Technical Teacher to join their academic team in Nairobi.

This role is ideal for an educator who believes learning goes beyond theory and thrives in a hands-on, creative classroom. You will play a key role in helping learners develop artistic expression, practical technical skills, and problem-solving abilities through engaging and well-structured lessons.

Experience

At least two (2) years of teaching experience in Creative Arts or Pre-Technical Studies

• Teaching Creative Arts and Pre-Technical Studies in line with the approved curriculum
• Guiding learners through art, craft, design, and basic technical projects
• Encouraging creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning
• Planning and preparing lesson materials, schemes of work, and practical activities
• Assessing learner progress and maintaining a safe, organised learning environment
• Participating in school activities, clubs, and co-curricular programmes

• Strong practical skills
• Effective classroom management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Diploma in Creative Arts, Fine Arts, Technical Education, or a related field
• At least two (2) years of teaching experience in Creative Arts or Pre-Technical Studies
• TSC registration will be an added advantage
