JOB SUMMARY:

Hemingways Travel Limited is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition, development, and retention of corporate accounts.

The role will focus on delivering tailored travel management solutions, building long-term client relationships, and positioning Hemingways Travel as the preferred Travel Management Company (TMC) for corporate, NGO, and institutional clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate, NGO, and institutional clients.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQS, EOIs, and tenders, coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver competitive proposals.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned corporate accounts.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings (QBRS) to assess performance, savings, service levels, and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
  • Act as the first escalation point for client issues, working closely with operations and management teams.
  • Cross & Upsell Services to existing clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and management briefs.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, pricing, and product development discussions

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Commerce or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate sales, preferably within travel management, hospitality, technology, logistics, or professional services.
  • Proven experience managing corporate accounts and closing complex deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building- abilities
