Job Summary
To prepare nutritious, hygienic, and balanced meals for learners and staff while maintaining high food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals.
- Observe food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Store food appropriately.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor food stock.
- Support menu planning.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Food Production, Catering, or related field.
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate.
- Experience in institutional catering is an advantage.
