JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE
To prepare food and beverages efficiently and pack for service as per set Standard Operating Procedures and professional standards/ requirements.
Academic and professional qualifications
- Certificate /Diploma in Food & Beverage Production
- Knowledge of HACCP System
- Food handler's certification
- Certificate of Good Conduct
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy hospital
Key Competencies
- Good communication (written and verbal) skills, including well developed presentation skills.
- Wide knowledge of Food and Beverage Production and Service.
- Knowledge of Indian Cuisine
- Proper knowledge of Pastry and Bakery
- Ability to multitask
