Background Information

Career Options Africa Group is a leading HR Consultancy firm specializing in Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, and Immigration Support across Africa. We operate in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, DRC, Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa, and South Sudan.

Our client, a major construction company involved in large public infrastructure projects such as roads, schools, ports, and municipal facilities across Greece, is seeking qualified Construction Workers in the following specialties:

• Rebar Steel Benders
• Concrete Workers
• Formwork Carpenters

A minimum of six (6) suitable candidates will be hired per specialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual construction tasks in the assigned specialization (Rebar steel bending, concrete laying, or formwork carpentry).
• Follow safety standards, project specifications, and worksite procedures.
• Support ongoing construction operations in large‑scale public projects.
• Provide video proof demonstrating practical construction skills.

Job Requirements

• Men aged 23–38 years (as per client requirement).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual construction work.
• Proven specialization in:
  • Rebar steel bending, or
  • Concrete work, or
  • Formwork carpentry
• Ability to provide a video demonstrating your work skills.
• Valid passport and clean criminal record.

Benefits

• Approx. 8 hours per day, 24–26 working days per month.
• Estimated monthly net salary: €1,150 – €1,250 Approx. 173,000 – 189,000 KES per month.
• Free accommodation in a fully furnished apartment shared with 1–2 Kenyan colleagues.
• Apartment located within the city, electricity included.
• Free daily transportation via company bus (accommodation → worksite → accommodation).
• Free public health insurance under the Greek state system.
