To manage the school’s internal and external communications, enhance the school’s public image, and foster strong relationships with parents and the community.

Qualifications or requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.

Experience needed

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.

Strong networking and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and implement a communication and marketing strategy.
• Manage the school’s website, social media platforms, and newsletters.
• Write and distribute press releases, announcements, and brochures.
• Organize school events, open days, and graduation ceremonies.
• Handle media inquiries and build relationships with journalists.
• Respond to parent inquiries and manage feedback/complaints professionally.
• Coordinate alumni relations and engagement programs.
• Monitor the school’s reputation and manage crisis communications.
