JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering educational programs and training to medical professionals. It will enhance clinical competencies, ensure adherence to best practices, and promote continuous professional development.
Academic & Professional Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (Master's preferred)
- Experience: Proven clinical experience in a relevant specialty with prior teaching and training experience preferred.
- Licensure: Active professional license, Valid ACLS & BLS
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Proficient in education technologies and simulation-based learning.
Work Hours: 8
