Background
A growing organization is hiring a strategic HR executive to lead culture, talent, and people operations at the highest level.
What You’ll Do
- Build scalable people systems to support rapid growth
- Advise the CEO and executive team on talent and culture strategy
- Strengthen leadership capability across frontline and management teams
- Drive engagement, retention, and employee ownership initiatives
- Implement HRIS, workforce planning, and data-driven HR practices
- Ensure compliance, safety culture, and multi-site HR infrastructure
What You Need
- 10+ years senior HR leadership experience
- Proven success in high-growth or operational environments
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
- Experience building HR systems and leading transformation
- Background in multi-site, industrial, logistics, or field operations is a plus
