Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Chef to prepare high-quality meals while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and efficiency in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare meals according to approved recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Monitor food stock levels and minimize waste.
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience.
- Culinary training is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
