Role Overview & Scope

The Catering Staff member will be responsible for supporting the planning, preparation, and serving of nutritious meals to patients and staff in alignment with clinical dietary requirements and strict hospital sanitation protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of balanced meals for patients and hospital personnel.
• Hygiene & Safety Maintenance: Maintain clean and sanitized food preparation areas, kitchen utensils, and serving equipment in compliance with health standards.
• Dietary Support: Assist in organizing dietary trays tailored to specific patient medical and nutritional requirements.

 Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in Catering, Food Production, or Hospitality.
• Mandatory Requirement: Valid Food Handlers Certificate.
• Experience: Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical catering setting is an added advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Proven knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and sanitary practices.
