Job Purpose:

To find new customers, maintain good relationships with existing clients, and help grow the company's car rental business.

• Look for new clients — individuals, companies, and travel agencies — who need car hire services.
• Call, email, or visit potential customers to explain the company's car rental options.
• Help customers choose the right car and service (self-drive, chauffeur, airport transfer, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty.
• Negotiate prices, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
• Keep records of bookings, payments, and client details.
• Work with the marketing team to promote the company's services.
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after each rental.
