Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for loan products.
• Promote our financial services within your assigned area.
• Build rapport with prospective clients and explain our loan offerings.
• Generate quality leads and pass them to the sales or credit team.
• Participate in field marketing campaigns and community outreach activities.
• Call and follow up with clients in early non-repayment stages.
• Apply smart customer workout strategies to reduce defaults.
