Valley Hospital is a leading Level 4 hospital in Nakuru City offering both inpatient and outpatient services and is seeking to recruit Business Development Executives (BDEs) to support our outreach and growth across targeted neighbouring counties.
Responsibilities
The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing stakeholder relationships, and promoting hospital services. This role is central to enhancing brand visibility, growing patient referrals, and strengthening the hospital’s presence through community and institutional engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Good understanding of insurance and corporate health schemes.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned counties.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and implement strategic outreach initiatives.
- Proficiency in planning and executing community engagements, CMEs, and medical camps.
- Skilled in preparing business reports and competitor analysis.
