ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a self-driven, charismatic, and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, naturally charming, and confident in engaging diverse communities and stakeholders across different settings.

This role requires someone who thrives in relationship-building, understands market dynamics, and is comfortable operating in fast-paced environments across industries such as real estate, construction, and merchandising.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted sectors (With a focus on B2B)
  • Hit and surpass the achieved set company sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Represent the company at meetings, site visits, networking events, and industry engagements.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development.
  • Relationship-driven and customer-focused
  • Adaptable and culturally aware
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience in sales, particularly within real estate, construction, or merchandising sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse communities and varied market segments.
  • Valid driving license (mandatory).
