On behalf of our client ASA INTERNATIONAL RWANDA PLC. We are looking for a competent, skilled and experienced BRANCH MANAGER.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, negotiate, and secure suitable office premises with required approvals.

Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of the office and staff residence.

Request staffing needs through proper channels and support local recruitment.

Manage onboarding documentation, attendance, and performance monitoring.

Conduct market surveys to identify viable working areas.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in microfinance or branch-level financial operations.

Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.

Solid understanding of credit management and portfolio quality control.
