• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for Home Health Aide (HHA) positions.
• Managing job postings and candidate lists through designated platforms.
• Coordinating with hiring managers for final selection and onboarding.
• Gathering and verifying candidate documentation (licenses, background checks, I-9 forms).
• Maintaining recruitment records and workflow documentation.

Requirements:

• English C1 level
• 1 year of recruitment experience
