Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track tender opportunities across Kenya and the region
• Prepare and compile compliant tender documentation and coordinate timely submissions.
• Support proposal writing, formatting, and development of bid documentation.
• Develop professional PowerPoint presentations and bid support materials.
• Maintain and update the BD pipeline using CRM tools; track leads and tender outcomes.
• Generate pipeline reports and performance updates.
• Coordinate client follow-ups, meetings, and briefing materials.
• Monitor market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Prepare weekly and monthly BD activity reports and maintain organized dashboards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years' experience in tender coordination, proposal development, or BD support.
• Experience in facilities management, construction, engineering, or technical services is an added advantage.
