JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
To prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining a clean and inviting bar area.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation:
Prepare espresso-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, Americano) and specialty teas with precision and speed.
Machine Maintenance:
Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
Customer Service:
Engage with guests, take orders efficiently, and offer recommendations.
Inventory:
Monitor coffee bean and milk stock levels; inform management of ordering needs.
Hygiene:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the bar/coffee station.
Qualifications:
Certificate in Barista skills. 2+ years experience. Latte art skills are a plus.
