Background
eBee Africa is a pan-African e-mobility company with operations in the East African region, specialising in the selling and renting of e-bicycles and operating a fleet of last mile delivery riders. We aim to create sustainable jobs for women and youth, and reduce the carbon footprint in African cities.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, as the B2B Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding eBee’s footprint in Kenya and shaping how businesses transition to clean mobility. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing commercial opportunities across key sectors including corporates, tourism, education, agriculture, and NGOs while building long-term strategic relationships that accelerate the adoption of electric mobility solutions.
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in mobility, agriculture, education, tech, FMCG, or similar sectors.
- A relevant and active network across MSME, corporate, tourism, education, agriculture, or NGO sectors.
- Proven ability to ‘get a foot in the door’ to secure first conversations, and build relationships with decision-makers.
- Strong commercial drive - hungry to bring in new business, grow accounts, and exceed personal sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Passion for sustainable mobility with enthusiasm for promoting innovative e-bike solutions.
