We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team and help shape the development and delivery of innovative software products.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior product leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product launches.

What you'll do:

• Support product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning.
• Gather and document product requirements and user stories.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
• Participate in feature prioritization and product launch activities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics.
• Advocate for customer needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

What we're looking for:

• 5 years of experience or exposure to Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or similar areas.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Aha!, Productboard, or related tools.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.

• Exposure to usability testing and UX practices.
• Experience supporting software product launches.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning.
