Responsibilities
As an Associate Market Access Specialist, you will:
- Increase efficiency in the management of stroke patients,
- support hospitals, EMS, and healthcare professionals with continuous training and organizational tools,
- promote new diagnostic and treatment guidelines to hospitals as an expert Therapeutic Consultant,
- promote quality monitoring programs to ensure consistent performance of hospitals and EMS,
- extend the reach of the project to new hospitals,
- lead multidisciplinary stroke teams through continuous improvement,
- improve therapeutic protocols in major hospitals.
Required Skills
- Strong scientific background – ideally PhD in Neuroscience,
- high motivation with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills,
- fluency in English,
- flexible, solution-oriented with problem-solving skills,
- accountability and ownership,
- resilient and able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments,
- experience in the healthcare environment, including work with healthcare organizations and healthcare professionals,
- actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and outcomes,
- valid Kenyan driving license; experienced driver,
- availability to travel up to 70% of the time,
- eligibility to work full time in Kenya.
