JOB DETAILS:

General Duties for all Trainers:

• Delivering specialized training based on approved curricula.
• Preparing instructional aids and comprehensive teaching materials.
• Designing and evaluating examinations to assess trainee competencies.
• Undertaking research and innovation under senior mentorship.
• Supervising trainees during projects and industrial attachments.

Specialized Categories and Vacancies:

• Automotive Engineering: 2 Vacancies.

Common Requirements for Trainers:

• Kenyan citizenship.
• KCSE Mean Grade D (Plain) or equivalent.
• Diploma in the relevant technical discipline.
• Registration with the Technical Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVET).
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Fulfillment of Chapter Six requirements.

Note: Training in Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) is an added advantage.
