Shivashree Realm (opc) Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting for the position of Assistant Manager - Polymer Sales.

Industry: Polymers / Industrial Raw Materials

Nationality: Kenyan Citizens

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Joining: Immediate

Package: KES 200,000 – 300,000 Gross. Benefits as per company policy.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • MBA (Sales & Marketing), Polymer Engineering, or Graduate with Polymer Postgraduate Diploma
  • 5-7 years’ experience in polymer sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of PP, PE, PVC, and specialty polymer markets
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue and margin targets
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • High ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving ability, strong collaboration skills, and a results-driven approach

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Expand territory sales, manage key accounts, acquire new customers, and achieve agreed margin targets while maintaining a structured product-customer matrix. (Polymers – PP, PE, PVC & Specialty Grades)
  • Distribution & Revenue Management: Deliver tonnage and revenue targets, monitor stock movement, and ensure timely customer collections.
  • Credit & Cost Control: Recommend and monitor customer credit limits, maintain accurate debtor records, and support stock reconciliation processes.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Conduct market analysis, track industry trends, perform regular client visits, and submit structured sales and pipeline reports.
