Role Summary:

To assist in managing all F&B outlets (Restaurant, Bar, Room Service) to ensure profitability, consistency, and high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations; ensure opening/closing procedures are strictly followed.

Service:

Monitor service delivery to ensure it meets ranch/lodge hospitality standards; handle guest complaints immediately.

Inventory:

Assist in stock takes, control wastage, and manage par levels for beverages and consumables.

Staff Supervision:

Supervise and train waiters, baristas, and bartenders; create staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage.

Financial:

Assist in budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets; ensure accurate cash handling procedures.

Compliance:

Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP) are adhered to.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality. 3+ years F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
