JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview
Join Sama’s AI Evaluator Talent Pool and contribute to improving AI-generated content and NLP models. You’ll evaluate, edit, and improve AI writing while providing feedback and coaching to production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Write detailed original content with excellent grammar and style
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated writing quality
- Rate AI content on grammar, brevity, and correctness
- Support Delivery managers with project strategies and best practices
- Coach and mentor production teams on project instructions
- Manage investigations of escalations and champion recovery processes
- Ensure performance and quality standards are met
- Master the Sama platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English or Literature
- Fluency in English at C1/C2 level
- Excellent writing, grammar, and comprehension
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- 2+ years experience in creative writing
- Experience with NLP/GenAI models
- Editing experience
- Attention to detail and adaptability
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
