Job Summary:
Goodlife Pharmacy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration & Portfolio Management Officer to manage the administration, governance, and optimization of the company's property portfolio. The successful candidate will oversee property documentation, lease administration, contract management, acquisitions support, landlord relationships, and compliance across the estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property documentation, lease administration, contract management, acquisitions support, landlord relationships, and compliance across the estate portfolio.
- Ensure all property-related records, contracts, and statutory documentation are accurate, current, and readily available.
- Coordinate administrative processes relating to new store acquisitions, renewals, relocations, and closures.
- Support both Kenya and Uganda, ensuring consistency in lease administration and portfolio management across both markets.
- Support the Business Development team in new store expansion initiatives.
- Monitor rent schedules and payment obligations.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
- Member of a relevant professional body.
- Certification in Property Management, Project Management, or Contract Management is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in:
- Property Administration
- Real Estate Portfolio Management
- Lease Administration
- Contract Management
- Business Development Administration
- Good knowledge in:
- Lease administration
- Property portfolio management
- Commercial contracts
- Real estate acquisition processes
- Project coordination
- Document management
- Commercial negotiations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel) , ERP, and property management systems.
