Background

Addy Group Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a client in the fashion and lifestyle industry for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Lead. The Admin Lead will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business, ensuring internal processes, logistics, and client coordination run efficiently to support seamless service delivery.

Role Summary

The Admin Lead is responsible for managing administrative operations, coordinating logistics, supporting internal teams, and maintaining smooth daily workflows that enhance overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Checkout & Order Processing

  • Ensure all client checkouts are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Dispatch packages and closely monitor express shipping items
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders

2. Operational & Office Administration

  • Facilitate laundry and proper storage of client fitting items
  • Handle office shopping and ensure consistent availability of office essentials
  • Organize snacks and setup during content shoot days
  • Ensure electricity, internet, and other essential utility bills are paid on time
  • Anticipate administrative needs and proactively resolve issues before they impact service delivery

3. Documentation & Internal Support

  • Accurately document approvals, timelines, and internal administrative processes
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to team members to ensure smooth daily operations

4. Reporting

  • Prepare and submit comprehensive daily operational reports to the Operations Manager

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in administration, office coordination, or operations support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly reliable
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within a fashion, creative, retail, or lifestyle business is an added advantage
