Lecturer- Department of Architecture
REF: JKU/ADM/SABS/ARCH/L/11/2022
Applicants must have:
- At least a second-class upper Division Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited and recognized University and a Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Sustainable Urban Design, Urban and Regional Planning or any other cognate discipline.
- Be registered/ registrable by relevant regulatory and or professional bodies.
- Be registrable to a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Architecture or cognate disciplines.
- At least 2 publications / papers in referee journals or two years of work experience in the built environment
Tutorial Fellow – Department of Architecture
REF: JKU/ADM/SABS/ARCH/TF/11/2022
Applicants must have:
- At least a second-class upper Division Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited and recognized University.
- Be registrable for a Masters Degree programe in Architecture, Urban Design, Sustainable Urban Design, Urban and Regional Planning or any other cognate discipline.
- Be registered/ registrable by relevant regulatory and or professional bodies.
- Teaching experience at a university will be an added advantage
Lecturer- Department of Landscape Architecture
REF: JKU/ADM/SABS/LA/L/11/2022
Applicants must have:
- At least a second-class upper Division Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited and recognized University and a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning, Architecture or other cognate disciplines
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or equivalent doctoral degree qualifications in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Planning, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning or other cognate disciplines.
- Be registered/ registrable by relevant regulatory and or professional bodies.
- At least 2 publications / papers in referee journals two years of work experience in the built environment

- At least a second-class upper Division Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate, Building Economics, Land Economics from an accredited and recognized University and a Master’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Project Management Quantity Surveying, Real Estate, Building Economics, Land Economics or other cognate disciplines.
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or equivalent doctoral degree qualifications in Construction Project Management, Valuation and Property Management, Construction Economics, Land Administration and Management, Property Finance and Management, Construction Engineering and Management, Urban Planning/Design or other cognate disciplines.
- Be registered/ registrable by relevant regulatory and or professional bodies.
- At least 2 publications / papers in refereed journals or two years of work experience in the built environment.
Tutorial Fellow – Department of Construction Management
