Job Summary
Zetech University seeks to recruit a qualified and experienced Tutorial Fellow in Paediatric Nursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and service within the Nursing department, contributing to the academic and professional development of students.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in paediatric nursing.
- Develop and update course materials to align with current nursing standards and best practices.
- Supervise student research projects and dissertations.
- Participate in curriculum development and review processes.
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Contribute to the departmental and university community through service activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Master's degree in Paediatric Nursing or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
- Minimum of two (3) years of experience in paediatric nursing practice.
- Teaching experience at the tertiary level is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and contribute to academic discourse.
