JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications/special skills
• A university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in economics, social sciences, data analytics, transport or a related field is required, as well as a certification in gender related studies.
• A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience will be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
• A minimum of ten years’ work experience in transport and gender projects is required.
• Knowledge on electric mobility issues in the Global South is required
• Experience in data collection and research is required
• Knowledge on gender issues in the transport sector including the design, implementation, evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of gender inclusive and transformative projects is desirable.
• Experience in report development including visualization tools is required
• Proven analytical, presentation and communication skills are assets.
• Data analysis and modelling skills and experience are required

Languages
• English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the post advertised, fluency in oral and written English is required, basic knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
