JOB DETAILS:

Key Requirements:
• Assist with the development and presentation of proposals aimed at securing new sponsorships
• Develop a plan for each sponsorship opportunity, including creating marketing materials such as brochures and fliers that promote the event or activity
• Coordinate with event producers to ensure that all sponsors are represented at events
• Inform company executives about upcoming events and opportunities for exposure through sponsorship
• Monitor the status of current sponsorships to ensure that all commitments are met by both parties
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure that all sponsorship commitments are fulfilled
• Manage the company’s database of potential sponsors and contact information for existing sponsors
• Create a budget for each sponsorship opportunity based on the company’s projected spending on marketing efforts such as print ads and television commercials
• Manage a team and add required skills/team members to the team as and when needed

Qualifications:
• Degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience working in a similar position in the past
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Should have great time management and organization skills
• Should have great networking and presentation skills
