JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities
• Receiving, sorting, opening, filing, minuting and distribution of mail;
• Dispatching of mail and guiding on files disposal.

Requirements for Appointment
• Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Records/Information Management, Library/Information Science or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution; and
• Certificate in computer application skills.

OR

• Served in the grade of Senior Clerical Officer for a minimum period of three (3) years;
• Certificate in any of the following disciplines: Records/Information Management, information/Library Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Certificate in computer application skills; and
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
