Job Summary
The Savings and deposits Product Manager will be responsible for defining, developing, and delivering innovative and high-quality products that meet the needs of customers and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This individual should have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, and must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.

Job Description
Main Accountabilities
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities for new products.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and ensure that it aligns with the overall business strategy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, including product design, development, testing, and launch.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, the competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment to inform product strategy and decision-making.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including product positioning, pricing, and profitability, and monitor product performance to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure that products are effectively promoted, sold, and supported.
• Stay current on industry trends and developments to ensure that products are innovative and competitive.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to think creatively and outside of the box to identify new product opportunities
