Responsibilities

The Post Graduate Program Coordinator ICT will be responsible for the overall coordination and administration of the postgraduate ICT programs. Key duties include:

• Overseeing the curriculum development and review process for postgraduate ICT courses.
• Managing student admissions, registration, and academic advising for postgraduate students.
• Coordinating with faculty members to ensure effective delivery of postgraduate courses.
• Organizing and facilitating postgraduate seminars, workshops, and research colloquiums.
• Monitoring student progress and providing support for their academic and research endeavors.
• Liaising with industry partners to identify internship and research opportunities for postgraduate students.
• Ensuring compliance with university policies and accreditation standards for postgraduate programs.
• Preparing reports on program performance and student outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program coordination or management, preferably at the postgraduate level.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, student advising, and faculty management.
• Strong understanding of ICT trends and their application in academic programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
