JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
• To oversee all operational activities the key areas being;
• Grow Business sales and while supporting the sales team
• Clients contract supervision & management
• Marketing all company services and products to grow the business
• Weekly/monthly customer visits to maintain business relationships
• Timely monthly collections and collect any outstanding debts
• Support the operational team to investigate and resolve issues as they arise
• Prepare reports daily, weekly and monthly
• Marketing intelligence

Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in sales & operations management
• Good in planning, organizing and coordinating
• Highly organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
• A team player
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good in analysis and report writing skills
• Problem solver and quick to think on your feet
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Availability/ Flexibility to work/Be on call 24hrs
• Previous working experience working with leading Security Company will be an added advantage
• Have a positive attitude and be self-driven
