JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Lead the psychology team in meeting its goals and objectives
• Provide clinical oversight to the team of psychologists
• Work together with other medical professionals to coordinate the care of patients across form our partner institution.
• Develop treatment plans for clients with mental health issues
• Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, etc.
• Develop policies and procedures related to psychological services.
• Monitor the progress of clients receiving care from our network of clinicians.
• Provide training and guidance to current team of lay providers and peers specialist.
• Developing training and promotion material for Tumaini project.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
