JOB DETAILS: JOB PURPOSE The Communications Officer will report directly to the Global Communications Director, but will also work closely with the Technical Director, GHS Unit to ensure alignment of the communication roles with the overall project requirements. The position requires a creative thinker with optimal technology skills to provide a range of communications solutions and execute strategies that help elevate visibility of the Amref health security agenda, programs, and partners. The role will collaborate with multi country health security delivery teams, and Amref’s communication team to support branding, visibility, and develop communication approaches and compelling content to showcase Amref’s contribution to the health security agenda in the region and globally, with a view to increase strategic partnerships. The strategies will include social marketing, global campaigns, technical content development, event planning, leadership messaging, website and social media management, and stakeholder outreach among others.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Professional Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent standard of education required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or other directly related field
Required Qualifications and Experience 1. 4+ years of relevant experience in designing and executing modern marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
2. Strong experience in the use of technology and social media to advance a communications strategy/agenda including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire content
2. Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

JOB DETAILS: JOB PURPOSE The Senior CRM Officer will specialise in customisation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and aid in the current implementation of the global CRM that spans across all Amref offices in Africa, Europe and North America. The role will join a team of CRM implementors, both internal and external and is expected to expedite the completion of implementation and ensure a sustainable maintenance of the CRM that matches or exceeds user expectations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Professional Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2. Certification on Dynamics CRM systems is an added advantage
Required Qualifications and Experience 1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the development of an enterprise level Microsoft Dynamics CRM – both on premise and on cloud
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation
3. Experience in design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
4. Experience in implementing in a multicultural setup, preferably cross-continental setup
5. Experience in descriptive and predictive data analytics
6. Experience in implementing a CRM for a non-profit organization, with a bias in fundraising is an added advantage
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies 1. Knowledge in databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server
