About the Role
You will be the go-to person for coordinating the Maize buy-back project. From managing logistics for gathering maize to making sure deliveries are on time and collecting revenue, your role is essential for keeping everything running smoothly. You will keep an eye on inventory levels and make sure they're accurate, and you will also handle payments to our platform farmers. Essentially, you will make sure that everything goes smoothly from the moment we acquire the maize, through inventory and deliveries, all the way to revenue and payments. It's a vital role that ensures the smooth operation of the Maize buy-back project.

About the Role
You will manage and oversees the operations of their warehouse. You will oversee the efficient and safe receipt, storage, retrieval and dispatch of several products. You will ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and the stock within it. You are expected to ensure warehouse operation targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. You will report to the Regional Coordinator.

About the Role
One Acre Fund plans to serve 10 million farmers by 2030. To reach this goal, leaders across all of our business units need access to timely and actionable data. As a member of the Business Intelligence (BI) team, you'll partner with leaders across the organization to identify strategic opportunities for data to drive value for our farmers. You'll work with members of the tech division and data engineers to build our data warehouse, create datasets, and design dashboard and reporting solutions. You'll become an expert on our data and its source systems through your work. At the root of it, you will identify the most effective ways to get data into the hands of decision-makers with the highest possible value addition; and then you'll do it from start to finish.
As a successful candidate, you'll be comfortable building relationships in a multi-country, cross-cultural environment and enjoy the challenge of designing global solutions that work in unique and complex local country contexts. You'll work with both technical and non-technical peers. We're looking for someone who will love working with data and seeing the results improve the lives of millions of farmers.
