Assistants Records Officer II, Grade 8

Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with five (5) years’ experience in grade 8 OR Higher National Diploma in relevant field with six (6) years relevant experience in grade 8

- Must possess a Diploma from a recognized institution in the relevant field with at least five (5) years’ relevant experience at grade 6

Qualifications:
- Must possess KCSE Certificate or equivalent and have at least Five (5) years’ relevant experience in grade 3
- OR Must have undertaken professional training lasting between one (1) year and two (2) years in their relevant fields and possess KCSE Certificate or equivalent
- OR Those without training lasting between one (1) year and two (2) and have served in grade three (3) for a minimum of five (5) years will also be considere
Clerk, Grade 3

Qualifications:
- Must possess KCSE certificate or equivalent and five (5) years’ experience in grade 2
- OR Must possess KCSE certificate or equivalent and have undertaken a certificate course lasting at least three to six (6) months in their relevant fields
- OR Those without training lasting at least six (6) months and have served in grade two (2) for a minimum of ten (10) years will also be considered
