JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• The Instructor will undertake clinical and educational functions under the supervision of the Section Head under whom he/she would be deployed. In this role, the instructor will admit, consult, and undertake diagnosis and treatment of patients admitted under University team or private admitting doctors. S/He will cover evening hours, night calls and weekends.

Requirements
• Master of Medicine in Paediatrics and Child health
• Registration by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board
• Certificate in Emergency Pediatric Life Support training is a pre-requisite
• Good team player interested and skilled in inpatient and outpatient services
• Demonstrate competency and dexterity with all equipment utilized in the hospital environment
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, compassion and respect for diversity and applies ethical principles appropriately
• Seeks and accepts advice, and adheres to deadlines
