JOB DETAILS:

Key Requirements:
1. Drive profitability and deliver on the Revenue and Share parameters.
2. Prepare the sales strategy for each channel MBO, Institutional Sales and Exports in line with business strategy.
3. Drive Product team to create product in line with Market requirement.
4. Drive Consumer Demand with Marketing team and execute Marketing elements in Trade.
5. Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions
6. Keep updated with trade information, competitor’s activities, and market intelligence to drive business.
7. Resolve customer’s trade issues, complaints, and operational matters.
8. Work with Supply chain team to Plan Demand Forecasting till sales at MBO.
9. Controlling Channel pay out, credit control & manpower cost.
10. Work with other sister Organizations across Globe and Customers beyond India for Exports.

Qualifications:
1. Relevant bachelor’s/ Master’s degree
2. Must have over 15 years of experience with at least 3+ years of experience at Country Manager – 1 level.
3. Strong Business Acumen and Change Management skills
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Collaboration and working together with large cross functional team
6. Strong in data analysis
7. Effective Time Management
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
