JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in budgeting, cash flow planning and activities costs management;
2. Assist in procurement and payments processes;
3. Assist in audits and reviews;
4. Support proper filing and retrieval of transaction documentation;
5. Assist in business advance management and reconciliations; and
6. Any other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
1. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related studies from an accredited university;
2. Graduates, especially fresh graduates who show genuine desire to serve with demonstrated good character, honesty and high competency;
3. High knowledgeable in budgeting, finance, accounting, internal controls and accounts reconciliations;
4. Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities;
5. Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive situations in a calm and professional manner;
6. Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment;
7. Proven ability to work independently to achieve accomplishments; and
8. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
