NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
The Government of the Republic of Kenya through the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation has allocated funds to North Rift Valley Water Works Devel- opment Agency (NRVWWDA) for procurement of works contractors towards construction of Water Supply Projects Within its Area of Jurisdiction.

The Agency now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Water Supply Projects as follows:

Description: Drilling, Equipping & Civil Works for Kamoret Borehole

Bid Submission Dates and Time (East African Time): 3rd February, 2023 at 12.00 p.m.

The Mandatory requirements and qualification information are as specified in the respective bidding documents.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from North Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency, Chief Executive Officer, via email info@nrvwwda.go.ke or procurement@nrvwwda.go.ke

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be downloaded from NRVWWDA website www.nrvwwda.go.ke , and www.tenders.go.ke  free of charge. Bidders who download the bidding documents from the website MUST forward their particulars immediately to info@nrvwwda.go.ke, for records and any further clarifications and addenda.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of an unconditional Bank guarantee as specified in the respective bidding documents.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the dates specified in the table above. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of all bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on the respective dates as shown in the table above.

Opening of bids will be in line with the PPRA Guidelines as stipulated in circular no. 02/2020 which can be accessed from their website www.ppra.go.ke .
