JOB DETAILS:
Key Purpose Statement
The primary role of this position is repair and maintenance of bottle coolers
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Utilize 50% time on actual repairs(Value adding activity)
2. Attain a mean time to repair greater than 60 hours
3. Ensure mean time before failure is less than 2 years
4. Zero cost on assets due to negligence
5. Achieve 100% in 3s audit in your specific area with 100% adherence to procedures & processes
6. Ensure a safety score of 100% is met
Skills, Experience & Education
Experience
1. At least 3 years working experience in coolers and water dispensers
2. At least 1 year working experience in an FMCG
Education
Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
