JOB DETAILS:

As a Content Writer, your role is to create engaging and compelling content plans for our various shows. You will be responsible for producing written content that informs, entertains, and engages the target audience. Your work will contribute to the brand image, audience engagement, and overall success of our productions.

Roles and responsibilities
• Write clear, concise, and well-structured content plans for a range of shows.
• Ensure that all content produced adheres to the company's style guidelines, brand voice, and editorial standards.
• Participate in content brainstorming sessions with fellow team members
• Work hand in hand with the editing department to review and give guidance on the footage/episodes
• Pitch ideas/proposals for certain show concepts
• Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the audience, focusing on storytelling techniques and creative angles.
• Use storytelling elements such as character development, conflict, and resolution to create engaging and impactful content.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and editors to refine and improve content.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in journalism, film/theater studies communications, English, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a content writer/director/producer, copywriter, or journalist in the media industry.
• Have a passion and understanding of the working of reality television.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Solid understanding of storytelling techniques and journalistic principles.
