Job Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end insurance claims processing (lodgment, follow-up, resolution).
  • Act as the key liaison between clients, insurers, and internal departments on all claims matters.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and claims documentation.
  • Follow up with insurance companies on pending claims and keep clients informed.
  • Support the Managing Director with reports on claims performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and improving customer service processes.

Other Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance claims processing and/or customer service preferably in an insurance brokerage firm
In-depth understanding of insurance policies and claims procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management systems.
Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
A customer-first attitude and a commitment to service excellence.
