JOB DETAILS:
The Business Sales Executives will be responsible for recruiting new business customers, groups, recruitment and activation of collection channels and general business growth within their areas of jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
• Recruit & train Business customers into bank channels and ensure they are active and transacting.
• Recruit Groups and ensure they are active.
• Recruitment of Bank Agents.
• Recruit Business Customers into MSME Digital engine and ensure they repay bank facilities.
• Activate dormant accounts and dormant agents.
• Open new funded accounts and onboard all on Collection solutions.
Skills, Competencies and Experience
The successful jobholder will be required to possess the following qualifications; -
• Business related degree
• Must have a minimum Mean grade of C+ in K.C.S.E with a C+ in Mathematics and English.
• CPA qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Have excellent analytical & interpersonal skills
• Passion & commitment to quality service
• Ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines.
• Be a team player.
• Experience in sales or client relationship will be an added advantage.
