Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working with team members to source data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Support team members with data cleaning from primary or secondary sources and maintaining databases/data systems.
  • Develop, update, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Perform ongoing monitoring and refinement of reports.
  • Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
  • Identify and analyze errors and inconsistencies in data and provides timely resolutions.
  • Translate data results into written reports, or presentations to convey information to management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and make data-driven recommendations to enhance business operations.
  • Assist with ad-hoc data analysis projects as required.
  • Utilize and extract maximum value from data analytics tools.

Key Requirements

  • Possess software development (coding) skills in popular languages and frameworks.
  • Understanding of common BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, others
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Data Analytics
  • Demonstrate conversance in general IT areas.

Job specifications:

Qualifications & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in Information Technology or related
  • Possess knowledge in any programming languages.
  • Knowledge and experience in any data analytics tools
